1.0.25: Add Interactive Process Selection

This release adds interactive process selection in ptop. You
can use the arrow keys and Enter to select a process.

When a process is selected, ptop dumps all known data about that
process, just as if you had done `px 1234`.

Also new in this release is that you can search for processes by
name or user in ptop.
