config-data provides configurable data sets to be used by configd.
Basic json data & Key/Value -To support additional configuration features, configd parses key/value of json files.
Conditional configuration -"conditional" means user can modify if some condition is defined and matched.
Data selection in hierarchical structure -Data are stored in layered structure and configd selects data. -Data are loaded all the files under given directory.
