The goal of this PR is to introduce a TUI for viewing user defined commands

here is the rough draft of how it looks right now

TODO:

  • - display user defined commands through configuration
  • - display output of the command
  • - write tests
  • - write documentation
  • - implement application of filters
  • - implement application of filters that requires user input
  • - implement a way to go back to regular nvim after opening TUI

The design improved a lot and I'm trying to implement the filters interface, which is a little more involved than I first though
