本git在上述环境下没有问题，在libtorch其他版本应该也是可以的。

how to run

1. https://github.com/wuzuowuyou/CRNN_Chinese_Characters_res18_senet/blob/master/demo_libtorch.py 运行demo_libtorch.py脚本得到pt文件
2. crnn.cpp里面main函数处修改相应路径运行
