Add support for RHEL 8.0
- For complete list of supported operating systems see xCAT2 Release Information and Compute node support matrix

Drop Management Node support for RHEL 6 and SLES 11. Support for provisioning RHEL 6 and SLES 11 compute nodes remains.

No KITs support on RHEL 8.0 or above.

conserver is no longer shipped in xcat-dep. It is replaced by goconserver.

xCAT started out as a project in IBM developed by Egan Ford. It was quickly adopted by customers and IBM manufacturing sites to rapidly deploy clusters.
