refactor: allowed to download files without suffix
jquery 我去掉了，一开始是 fancybox 依赖它，现在换了新版不依赖它了。 github-markdown-css 版本我回退了，新版在用户的系统开启了深色主题的情况下，会渲染成暗色模式，与其它部分不协调。 在此基础上调整了其它部分代码。
