Extend particle generator to ease creation of coasting beams.

Description

Minor modifications for the generation of coasting beam.
An example has been added. Tests still to be created and/or performed....

All the tests are passing, including my new ones

The code I wrote follows good style practices (see PEP 8 and PEP 20).
