Summary
This change adds a feature flag for unreleased DB audit logs feature.
Note: We can do
export YBM_FF_DB_AUDIT_LOGS=trueto access DB audit feature in CLI until we enable it permanently.Test Plan
Added feature flag in UTs, generated new docs, manually tested feature flag.
