Services statistics
iSkyLIMS provides a set of Service Statistics to evaluate for example:
- The most popular Requested Services
- The requested Users
- Statistics by Center
To get the services Statistics the drylab Manager can access them through the main menu.
Drylab Manager can get Statistics for the services requested by user by selecting in the main menu Services Statistics--> Requested by user
When selecting the option a form is showed to enter user name to get the Statistics.
Fill in the User Name field the userid of the user you want to get the Statistics. You do not need to write the full userid, just the first characters and iSkyLIMS will try to find a unique match.
In case that the characters that you type match with more than one userid then a error page is showed describing this situation. Try again typing the full user id to get a unique match.
The other form fields will help you to limit the period of time from you want to get the Statistics.
When you submit your request the Statistics will be displayed.
The first panel present a table with all services requested by the user.
In the table you can find out the status, creation date of the service, the latest resolution date and the delivery date for each service.
You can get more information, of a specific service, by clicking on the resolution number. Then you will forwarded to the page containing service information.
Below this table two information is showed on the left side you can see what is the media calculation for delivering the services described in the table above.
On the right side a graphic pie represent the services percentage per state, (Delivered, In progress, Recorded and Queued)
Then the two last graphics tell you which services are requested and the number of each one.
And the number of services that it was requested per month
Drylab Manager can get Statistics for the requested services by selecting in the main menu Services Statistics--> Services Requested
Under this page you will find different graphics that show the number of requested services, classified by center and by area.
Be aware that this information is fetched from the user profile. Be sure that this information is updated in each user profile.
When selecting the service requested option the following form will be displayed.
Fill in the form fields the dates from you want the services statistics and click on the submit button
The first graphic (on left side) displays the service numbers that for each user has requested. Only the users that have requested a service during the period of time define in the form are presented.
It is interesting to know which area is more demanded, to check if the existing pipeline for delivering the service requires to be updated/automated to reduce the delivery time to user.
On the right side a pie graphic shows the states of the services in percentage.
Below the services statistics, classified by area, are displayed.
The following graphics present the services by the Requested Center.
The previous graphics show the services requested grouped for the period of time.
Now the following graphics this information is split in months, to see peaks and valleys to help your organization to dimension the enough resources to provide the services in short time.
The following graphics split the services on the level 2 and level 3, according you defined them, when creating in the initial settings.
