Second release of WIND, version 1.0.1

In this release, we changed the way file paths to folders are handled inside R,
and we followed the suggestions of the reviewers so as to prepare a better
GTF file for the annotation of small non-coding RNAs and mainly piRNAs.
We have also included the scripts for two new plots (ping-pong and coverage plots).
Minor corrections have been made in the scripts for better visualization of some plots.
