Fixing HSTS issue
In Chrome go to .....
chrome://net-internals/#hsts
In Edge go to .....
edge://net-internals/#hsts
Type the site you are having issues with here and delete...
Use the "Query HSTS/PKP domain" section to check it is deleted.
Restart the browser.
If it isn't working, try it without the local. at the start. IIS resets and closing and reopening browser can help
