Added linux build

The linux build of this extension has been uploaded, thanks to Fishy.

Also, thanks to nosoop for updating the ambuild files, although they have yet to be tested.

Socket (Windows only build)

Windows extension has been built and includes socket methodmap support. Unfortunately I have not yet personally built a version for Linux - a few others have, although one person in particular has mentioned having issues getting it to load due to issues with the boost library.

Will update if I or others get around to making a working linux build.
