Socket (Windows only build)

Windows extension has been built and includes socket methodmap support. Unfortunately I have not yet personally built a version for Linux - a few others have, although one person in particular has mentioned having issues getting it to load due to issues with the boost library.

Will update if I or others get around to making a working linux build.
