- Usecase: administration of Workflow definitions
Workflow definition is a description of the ingest workflow process defined using BPMN 2.0 notation. It is easiest to edit BPMN files with one of the specialized editors, e.g. https://camunda.com/download/modeler/. See Ingest workflow for further information about how the workflow definition can be changed.
Action | Description |
---|---|
Create | From the dashboard, user creates a new workflow definition by definining a name and a BPMN content of the workflow definition. |
Edit | From the dashboard, user clicks on one workflow definition from list. On the workflow definition detail page the workflow definition can be edited. User clicks on the Save and close button to save the changes. |
Delete | From the dashboard, user clicks on the Delete button next to a list item. |
