Standardise app language

App language now based on phone language

• Tetum language used if phone is set to Indonesian, since Tetum is not supported by Android
• Tetum translations updated
• Removed option to set language in app (settings)

download all studies, new phrase prompt text

• studies can be downloaded from the 'study list' screen by pressing 'download all'
• phrase prompt text uses 'English text', or builds an appropriate prompt based on phrase contents

upload interviews

Can select studies from a list, perform an interview and upload the results.
