Analysis Results

After analysis, all counted nuclei with associated foci count will be shown in the result table:

If a previously analysed image is choosen in the image list, its analysis results will be loaded from the database and also be shown. If the image was assigned to an experiment, the results of all analysed images of this experiment will be loaded and shown in the results table.

Visually, the analysis accuracy can be checked via opening the image dialog:
