jackett: Update from version 0.20.3990 to 0.22.534 - Was found out during xz update PR #6210 as a build failure.

Relates to #6200

@mreid-tt and @hgy59 it looks like jackett is part of the overall build failures emerging from #6200

I did a quick and dirty update of the package but I have no clue what this is about. If one of you could check if it's working would be really appreciated.

note that I did a quick install, went all good, no errors in the install log. Web page do loads ok, no error in the var log neither:

Looks fine by me but can't tell if the functionality is working or not, and we don't have a wiki page for this app neither.
