Please follow the set of instruction below to launch Omnisci on FASRC:
Login to FASRC using the login:

ssh [email protected]

- Connect to you VDI portal on FASRC, instructions here: https://docs.rc.fas.harvard.edu/kb/virtual-desktop/

- Then go to https://vdi.rc.fas.harvard.edu/pun/sys/dashboard/batch_connect/sys/OmniSci/session_contexts/new and Launch the app from there using the variables below:

Location to map omnisci-storage: /n/holyscratch01/$lab/$USER/$SLURM_JOB_ID
Number of core: 2
Number of GPUs: 1
Memory allocated: 100 GB
Time: 08:00:00 (8 hours)
Partition: gpu_test
