This PR also fixes resources gathering for nexus. Fixes issue #367 and #368.
There is only an issue which I am not sure how to fix around the LUT4 and Carry chains usage, as in the nextpnr log, both of the resources are expressed combined in the
OXIDE_COMBelement, so the final implementation resources might be misleading.
