Fixes to the writer and reader in real-world scenarios:

  • Added features to reader as convenience methods to retrieving cover, contents of files and so on
  • Fixed writer to write files to the correct compressed path.

Began an epub manipulation CLI. It is not yet fit for full use, but its basics are in.
