Jupiter
Juno II (BDB Chryslus) was derived from the USAF Jupiter missile and used as a launch vehicle in the 1950's and 60's for Pioneer and Explorer satellites. Not to be confused with Juno I, which was derived from the US Army Redstone-Jupiter-C missile development programme, it did nevertheless use the same Sergeant (Vicenza) upper stage, though sometimes ommitting the fourth stage to allow for extra payload capacity.
The three-stage Juno IV was a concept design that was never flown, having been made obsolete by the introduction of the more capable Atlas launch vehicle. The fuel load of each stage needs to be adjusted to the mission profile, with maximum upper stage loading for low orbit missions offset by a lower first stage propellant load.

The Jupiter first stage tank and 6K third stage tank are under-fuelled by default. Propellant loading should be adjusted depend on the mission profile with reduced upper stage loading offset by increased first stage propellant and vice-versa.
