Ditch client for jsonvat.com as it is discontinued. This package already was already using the client for ibericode/vat-rates by default.
If you were manually using Ibericode\Vat\Clients\JsonVatClient
in your code then change it to use Ibericode\Vat\Clients\IbericodeVatRatesClient
instead.
