Introduction

The “Manage Notification Configuration” page allows you to configure call and SMS/Whatsapp providers and schedule the time window that the message should be sent to the patients for each country.

To access the “Manage Notification Configuration” page, you need to select the “Configure Metadata” button and click the “Manage Configuration” link in the “CFL” section.

Add Country Notifications

To add a new country to the “Notification Configuration”, click the “Add new country” button.

When a new section with a country appears, select the “Expand” icon to view and enable editing settings.

Select a country from the dropdown list.

Provide settings for SMS or Whatsapp by selecting a provider from the dropdown list. To enable or disable the applicable notification type, click the “On/off” toggle next to the desired type.

You can select a preferable time window by clicking the “From” and “To” time fields. And choose the best contact time by clicking the “Best contact time” field.

The “Visit reminder” section gives the possibility to send reminders to the patient before the visit. Click the “+” icon to add more reminders. Click the “-” icon to erase selected reminders.

To view all the settings, click the “Expand all” button above the countries sections.

To collapse all the sections, click the “Collapse all” button.

After providing all the changes, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page and select “Yes” on the “Submit Notifications” confirmation pop-up.

Delete Country Notifications

To delete a country, select the "delete" icon on the chosen section.
