Final release using SLURM
This is the final release of SPCM using SLURM (Simple Linux Utility for Resource Management), due to it's ever-increasing complexity and declining portability. Work will begin shortly on transitioning to LPJS (Lightweight, Portable Job Scheduler), which is committed to simplicity and full support for all POSIX platforms.
