Current version (v4.2) of SOS now on GitHub at https://github.com/ovis-hpc/sos

• This is the version that should be used when building the sos store plugin for LDMS

Add packaging bits (spec files) back into respective repositories

• Will be different dependencies depending on machine and OS
• Want an easier path to finding spec files
  • Put in a contrib directory

• lustre (LLNL)
• shared memory sampler
• application information sampler -- scratchpad memory for applications (requires linking an instrumentation)
• IPMI
• Docker container resource utilization
• IB and OmniPath fabric
