Proofreading
The entire document was proofread for issues.
This did find and fix incorrect equations in sections: 174 Entropy and Short Codes, 176 Superexponential Conceptspace, and Simple Words, and 274 Magical Categories.
Other changes include fixing some two-column issues where the equations did not fit in one column, some "Edit: 2017" footnotes, and numerous font and formatting issues.
Unification of two and one column versions
This now has the two column and the one column version both produced from the same branch, instead of being on separate branches.
More fixing
In general, this release should be better than the .epub, and not have major issues compared to the original pdf files.
Formatting
This includes much better formatting, such and properly indenting quotations, and some improved equations.
Equations and Figures
Fixed many equations, and have proper figures, and fixed many formatting issues.
