Bingo!!

Steve was pretty bummed to see a ticket in the helpdesk queue from Bill where Bill reported that a new user account 'billy.fence' had showed up on his login screen and his JumpCloud user account password was not working for his computer login.

If only Steve Jabs had completed the next step of the JumpCloud Onboarding Decision Tree and determined the JumpCloud user import process that was right for him and his org.
